Policies

We maintain a safe and protected environment for all our clients, following Infection Control Protocols mandated by the CDC and Mass.gov. 

Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only. Information about our location and hours is available on our Contact page.

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations and therefore charge for the time slot you've schedule for same day cancellations. 

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

Payment

Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. Payment due at time of treatment.

Clean skin releases unwanted hair more easily. Remove your makeup before your appointment, so the hair follicles are clean and accessible.
